The complimentary beverages were good.
We were informed that the room keys would be ready at the Holiday Inn Express next door, but when we arrived, the attendant had no idea what we were talking about. After going back to the Stables, a bartender had to help with checking us in. To add to the frustration, our room was already checked in to someone else's credit card for incidentals, causing unnecessary confusion.

the room seemed nice at first glance, but the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the toilet was a disaster. I also reported a door issue that was supposedly fixed, yet I returned to find it wide open. I absolutely expected a complimentary upgrade for all this trouble but instead, just got regular treatment. so disappointing.

during my stay, I found the proximity to attractions like Cedar Point, which is just over 4 km away, and the beautiful Pipe Creek Wildlife Area, just under 2 km, perfect for enjoying leisurely walks and the sights of Sandusky, making it an excellent home base for discovering the area.

This place was a commendable fit for a weekend escape in Sandusky with value for money. The complimentary beer and wine upon arrival was a nice surprise. Consider checking if the bowling alley is open before your arrival, just to avoid disappointment.

The cleanliness needs attention—carpets are dingy, dust in corners!!! The bathroom area could definitely use an upgrade. it's rather outdated!!! Better communication about facility availability would prevent frustration!!!

The stay offered a delightful experience with a comfortable Deluxe King Studio that featured a cozy couch and faux fireplace, perfect for relaxation. Amenities like the free bowling alley and delicious food, including succulent steaks, contributed to a memorable time. However, the carpet showed signs of wear, and the cleanliness left something to be desired, with dust in the corners. Although the location was convenient, some room upgrades are needed to enhance the overall experience.
